If company listed in stock market after can say “Public Company”.

IPO is process to get Chance to buy shares of the good company.

There are two categories of IPO 1) Large Enterprises 2) Small Medium Enterprises.

On Every IPO,there are minimum four category for investor Qualified Institutional Buyers(QIBs),Retail Individual Investors(RIIs),Non Institutional Investors,Employees.

The difference between IPO Price and listed price (when IPO listed on Share market that time price) the Gap call Premium.
